How do I find my way around the Spokenote Business Workspace?

This guide walks you through the layout of the Spokenote Business Workspace—from where to create new video pages, edit content, track usage, and share links. Great question—and don’t worry, you don’t need a GPS. The Spokenote Business Workspace is designed to be clean, intuitive, and dare we say… kinda fun to use?

Here’s your mini map:

  1. Create Button (Top Left & Top Right) – Whether you like clicking from the top left or upper right corner, both "Create" buttons do the same thing: start a new video page. This uses 1 credit.

  2. Pages Tab – This is your personal video library. Search, filter, and edit to your heart’s content.

  3. Edit a Page – Found a page you want to update? Hit the “Edit” button under the video preview. From here, you can:

    • Reset the page to upload a new video

    • Add a default CTA button (⚠️ do this before uploading your video!)

    • Change ownership or assign it to a different workspace

  4. Dashboard – Keep tabs on your credit balance, subscription status, and user activity.

  5. Share Options – Click "Share" to grab the video link, download a QR badge, or copy an email embed (coming soon to customers!).

  6. Workspace Indicator – Bottom-left dropdown shows what workspace you're in (in case you moonlight for multiple brands 😉).
