How do I purchase more credits?
If your Spokenote is asking you to buy credits, don’t worry—nothing’s broken! It simply means you’ve used up your available credits. Each credit equals one video page, so to create more, you’ll just need to purchase additional credits directly from your dashboard.
The easiest way to think about credits: 1 credit gives you 1 page where you can upload, host, and share video content. Once you create a page using a credit, you can share it however you'd like: through the page URL itself, a downloadable QR code, text message, or email.
Head to your dashboard, find your total credit count, and click “Buy Credits” to top up. Think of credits like tokens—each one lets you create a new video page (one credit = one video page).
