Need to change or delete the video on your sticker?
Each sticker holds one video. The easiest do-over is a fresh sticker, but you can contact support to review changes to an existing page.
Once a video is recorded or uploaded to a Spokenote sticker, it is locked to that QR code and can't be edited, replaced, or deleted from your end.
The easiest fix: use a new sticker. Each sticker in your pack has its own unique QR code that holds one video. If you'd like a do-over, grab a fresh sticker from your pack, scan it, and record or upload your new video. That's the fastest and most reliable path.
If you really need the existing page changed, contact us at support@spokenote.com and we'll review your request. To look into it, we'll ask for:
- The URL of the page where the video is hosted (it looks like https://app.spokenote.com/...), which you can copy from your browser, or
- A clear photo of the QR code sticker itself.
Our team reviews these requests case by case. Because sticker pages can be created without an account, we can't always confirm who a page belongs to, so we can't guarantee a change to an existing page. We'll always let you know what we can do.
If your request is about removing a video for privacy or safety reasons, please say so in your message so we can prioritize it.
