My upload failed or is stuck on "processing"
Uploads usually stall from a connectivity hiccup. Refresh the page, retry on a stronger connection, and contact support if it stays stuck.
Uploads can stall, usually because of a connectivity hiccup during the upload. Here's how to get unstuck:
1. Refresh the page that shows "processing." If it returns you to a screen where you can record or upload, just try again.
2. Retry on a stronger connection. Strong WiFi or cellular data, whichever is more reliable where you are.
3. Check your file. Videos must be an actual video file and under 5 minutes. Audio files renamed or converted to .mp4 can fail processing (see Can I record audio only, or upload an mp3?).
Still stuck? If refreshing doesn't free things up, contact support@spokenote.com with the URLs of the stuck pages (or a photo of the stickers) and we'll take a look from our side and help you get the page working again. If you have several stuck pages, send them all in one message.
