How to Invite New Teammates to Your Spokenote Business Workspace

Ready to expand your squad? Inviting a new user to your Spokenote Business Workspace is a breeze—and only takes a few clicks.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Head to Your Workspace Settings:
    In the lower-left corner of your screen, click the down arrow to open workspace options. Click the gear icon to access your Workspace Settings.

  2. Find the User List:
    This brings up the list of current users. You’ll see your user count displayed like “4 / 10 users.”

  3. Click “Invite User”:
    Look to the right of the user count. Hit the “Invite User” button.

  4. Send the Invite:
    Pop in your teammate’s email, click “Send Invite,” and Spokenote will fire off a welcome email with access instructions.

  5. Pro Tip:
    If your teammate doesn’t accept the invite within 7 days, it expires. But don’t panic—just go back to the user list, click the three dots next to their status, and hit “Resend Invite.”
