How to Add Your Logo to a Spokenote Video Page (and Look Extra Professional)

Learn how to brand your Spokenote video pages by uploading a logo in the Business Workspace. This step-by-step guide walks through using the Editor, uploading your logo file, and ensuring everything is set before hitting save.

Ready to give your Spokenote video page a brand glow-up? Uploading your logo is easy—and it takes less time than explaining what a QR code is to your boss.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Start in Your Workspace:
Click “Create Page” (this will use one of your video credits).

  2. Give Your Page a Title:
Don’t worry—you can change it later if inspiration strikes.

  3. Head to the Editor:
On the overview + settings screen, click “Editor” to begin customizing.

  4. Toggle on “Image”:
Flip the switch next to “Image” to unlock the logo uploader.

  5. Upload Your Logo:
Select a file from your computer. You’ll see a preview pop up on the right so you know it looks just right.

  6. Add Your Video:
You’ll need to record or upload a video before you can save the page.
    No video = no save.

  7. Don’t Forget the CTA:
Add your Call-to-Action button before saving—because once you hit save, this page is locked in.

  8. Click “Save”
You’ll get a friendly popup asking if you’re sure (you are), then it’ll return you to the overview screen.

And voilà! Your branded video page is ready for its close-up.
