I've built my Dynamic Video campaign — how do I send the personalized links to my recipients?

This article explains what happens after a Dynamic Video campaign is built and assembled: Spokenote generates a personalized link for each recipient, but doesn't send those links out on its own. Customers currently need to export the completed list as a CSV and upload it into their CRM or email platform to send. Direct HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are in development for a more automated future workflow.

Once your campaign is assembled, Spokenote generates a personalized link for every recipient based on the audience data and video clips you mapped together. But sending the actual email or outreach is not something Spokenote does for you — that step happens in your own CRM or email platform.

Here's the current process:

  1. After your Dynamic Video campaign finishes assembling, export the completed list of personalized links as a CSV from Spokenote.
  2. Upload that CSV into your CRM or email platform (whatever you already use to manage outreach).
  3. Use that platform's normal send process — mail merge, bulk email, sequence, etc. — to deliver the personalized links to each recipient.

Coming soon: Spokenote is currently building direct HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Once available, these will allow personalized links to sync automatically into those platforms, cutting out the manual CSV export/upload step for customers using either tool.

What to Check Next
  • Not seeing your export option? Make sure your campaign has finished assembling — the CSV export becomes available once all personalized links are generated.
  • Using HubSpot or Salesforce? The manual CSV upload is still the current path — the native integration isn't live yet, but is in active development.
