How do I report a bug?
Email support with what you were doing, your device and browser, a screenshot, and the page URL. We'll try to replicate it and follow up when it's resolved.
Found something that doesn't seem to be working right? We want to hear about it.
Email support@spokenote.com and include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The device and browser you were using (for example, iPhone 14 with Safari).
- A screenshot or photo of what you saw, if you can grab one.
- The page URL, if the issue happened on a Spokenote page.
What happens next: we'll try to replicate the issue on our end. If we can reproduce it, we file it with our development team, and known issues get fixed in upcoming updates. We'll follow up with you and let you know when yours is resolved.
