How Do I Change My Profile Avatar? (Because Initials Are So Last Season)

Ready to upgrade from a lonely letter to a proper profile pic? We’ve got you.

Once you’re inside your Spokenote Business Workspace:

Click the icon in the upper-right corner (usually your first initial—hi, placeholder 👋).
From the dropdown, select Profile Settings.
On the next screen, click Change Avatar.
Choose an image from your computer (Finder for Mac, File Explorer for Windows).
Give it a few seconds to upload—watch that progress bar do its thing.
Click Save Changes, and boom—you’ve got a fresh new look.

Your new avatar will show up across the workspace, so smile accordingly. 😄

To change your avatar, open Profile Settings from the top-right menu, upload an image, wait for it to finish uploading, and click Save Changes.
