Do I have a Spokenote subscription? (Sticker accounts are free)
Personal Workspace sticker accounts are free. There is no subscription, no ongoing charges, and nothing to cancel.
Short answer: if you're using Spokenote sticker packs with a Personal Workspace account, you don't have a subscription and you're not being charged.
Personal Workspace accounts are free. There is no paid subscription required for Spokenote-enabled stickers, and your account does not incur any ongoing charges. Your stickers and videos don't expire after a year, and there is nothing to cancel.
Why did I get an email about subscriptions and renewals? The subscription language in our Terms of Service applies to paid Business Workspace and platform customers. That's a separate product from consumer sticker packs. If you only use stickers, no action is needed.
Not sure why you even have an account? You likely created one while setting up a sticker, often to manage your pages or get read receipt notifications. You can check anytime by logging in at app.spokenote.com.
