Can I Replace a Video on a Standalone Business Workspace Page?

Need to change a Spokenote video? You can’t delete it, but you can reset the page and upload a new one. Just head to the Editor and click “Reset Page” to get started.

Oops, uploaded the wrong video or need a refresh? No sweat — you can't delete, but you can reset your Spokenote page to upload a new video.

Here's how to make video magic happen (again):

  1. Head to your Workspace and click on Pages.
  2. Find the video you want to swap out.
  3. Click the ✏️ pencil icon on the video thumbnail to open the View Overview.
  4. From there, hit Editor to enter the Page Editor.
  5. Click the bold "Reset Page" button in the top right.
  6. Confirm when asked — poof! Old video gone.
  7. Click the placeholder image to record or upload a fresh video.

Pro tip: if you have CTA buttons to add, do that before uploading the video. They like to be first in line.
